Davide Volpe began working as a young boy in his village’s gelato shop and pastry shop, then embarked on a rich educational journey that culminated in collaborations with the most important masters in the industry. After gaining experience in prestigious Italian gelato shops and pastry shops, he became production manager for a chain of gelato shops in Germany and began studying Food Technology at the University of Bologna.
Since 2016, he has been actively collaborating with Leagel as a technical demonstrator, helping to spread the art of Italian artisan gelato around the world. He is an expert in the design, creation, and decoration of the iconic cremino gelato.
