Giovanni Perticaroli began his career in a neighborhood pastry shop and then held the position of gelato maker in Germany, participating in fairs and events. He continued his professional development in the hotellerie world as head pastry chef, where he experimented with modern plate desserts and traditional recipes. He has collaborated with several companies in the industry and since 2019 has been a Leagel technician-chef and Gelato Master School teacher, helping to spread the art of Italian artisan gelato around the world.
