Gelato Master School

Theoretical and practical courses that allow trainees to interact constantly with the instructor within a small group. Each participant will be provided with an individually equipped workstation. The courses are aimed at all people who want to pursue the profession of the artisan gelato maker, those who want to start a successful gelato shop, but also those who want to improve their knowledge of artisan gelato.

The trainee will receive information sheets and manual of recipes developed during the course; gelato artisan uniform (jacket and apron); course certificate; catered lunch.
